After doing some basic research and talking with some users , hospital staffs and doctors .We Started with organizing the information architecture of the site, below shows an example of the user flow for the Appointment Module.

Iterating Toward Simplicity

After sketching the initial screens, we developed multiple iterations of those concepts and conducted user testing on each version. This process allowed us to gather valuable feedback, refine our designs, and ultimately determine the most effective and user-friendly version

The mobile appointment module simplifies appointment selection and booking, while also enabling users to verify their mobile numbers via WhatsApp for an even faster and more streamlined experience.
